Mia Honey Threapleton (born 12 October 2000) is a British actress. She starred with her mother Kate Winslet in "I Am Ruth" which won the 2023 British Academy Television Award for Best Single Drama.
Personal life
Mia Honey Threapleton was born on 12 October 2000 in London to actress Kate Winslet and film director Jim Threapleton. Her parents divorced in 2001. She has dyslexia.
Career
Threapleton appeared in A Little Chaos, as Helene, when aged 14. She played the roles of Alma in 2020 Italian film Shadows and Rose in 2022 American television series Dangerous Liaisons.
She starred with her mother Kate Winslet in I Am Ruth (2022), a 90-minute standalone drama in the Channel 4 series I Am....I Am Ruth won the Best Single Drama BAFTA, and Winslet won the Best Actress BAFTA.
