The Human Tissue (Scotland) Act 2006 (asp 4) is an Act of the Scottish Parliament to consolidate and overhaul previous legislation regarding the handling of human tissue.

It deals with three distinct uses of human tissue: its donation primarily for the purpose of transplantation, but also for research, education or training and audit; its removal, retention and use following a post-mortem examination; and for the purposes of the Anatomy Act 1984 as amended for Scotland by the 2006 Act.

Its counterpart in the rest of the United Kingdom is the Human Tissue Act 2004.
